MobiList

Mobilist is the mobile application as a part of class project CS147: Introduction to Human-Computer Interaction
at Stanford University. 

The hardest part of this project was to make something different from what currently exists.  We drew inspiration from everything from countless iPhone Apps and Android Apps to Apple's iSync, and even the pen and paper list itself.  Insights we gathered from user's observation, we came up with the idea for a novel combination of a smart shopping list, complete with barcode scanning and a dynamic interface for sharing your shopping list (or, for that matter, recipe, holiday list, or any other list) with your friends.  From iteration to iteration, we focused in on key features, prioritized, and constantly tested with real users to complete what we feel is a valuable app that any shopper could use.
